Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Afrikaura, we want you to feel completely in love with your ring. If the fit isn’t perfect, or if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, there is no need to worry. We offer a 30-day easy return and exchange policy.
Exchanges
If your ring does not fit or you would like a different style, we will gladly arrange an exchange once the original ring has been returned to us.
To request an exchange:

Email ronewa@afrikaura.co.za with your order number and reason for exchange.

We will arrange a courier collection with you.

Once the original ring is received and inspected, your new ring will be shipped to you.
Please note:

Rings must be returned in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging, specifically the ring box and dust cloth.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired ring is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or request a refund.
Returns & Refunds
If you prefer to return your item for a refund, we are happy to assist.
Refund details:

Refunds will be issued once the ring is returned and inspected.

Rings must be in new and resellable condition with the original ring box and dust cloth included.

If a ring is returned in poor or damaged condition, or shows signs of wear, a 20% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Courier Fees

Afrikaura will cover the return courier fee for the first exchange request.

Additional exchange requests may incur courier charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Final sale/clearance items

Custom-sized or engraved rings
Processing Times
Please allow up to 3-4 working days for inspection and processing once your return has been received.
