How to Measure Your Ring Size
📏 How to Measure Your Ring Size
Finding the perfect ring starts with the perfect fit. At Afrikaura, we want your ring to feel as beautiful as it looks. Here’s how to measure your ring size easily at home using finger circumference.
✂️ Method: String or Paper Strip Method
You’ll need:
-
A thin strip of paper or string
-
A pen or marker
-
A ruler in millimeters (mm)
Steps:
-
Wrap the paper or string snugly around the base of your finger.
-
Mark where the ends meet.
-
Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters — this gives you your finger circumference.
-
Match your measurement to the circumference values in our ring size chart below.

Tips for Best Accuracy
For the most reliable measurement:
-
Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it’s at its largest.
-
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold, as fingers can be smaller.
-
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
-
Remember: fingers on your dominant hand can be slightly bigger.
